I work with people who've tried other approaches and found them surface-level. What I offer goes deeper — addressing the learnt behaviours, emotional patterns and thought frameworks that keep you stuck — without losing yourself in the process.

I was self-employed, stretched between responsibilities, and pushing myself to the brink. So I rebuilt — from the ground up.

After experiencing burnout first-hand, I dedicated myself to understanding emotions, boundaries, responsibility and what it actually takes to thrive. I qualified as a Quantum Energy practitioner in 2014, then deepened my practice with CBT certification and NLP training to bring evidence-based tools into my work.

Today I combine structured, evidence-informed techniques with intuitive, person-centred practice. I work with individuals who feel stuck, small business owners at breaking point, and families navigating the damage that anger leaves behind.

My sessions are warm, direct and practical. I'm not here to tell you what you want to hear — I'm here to help you find what actually works.
