I was self-employed, stretched between responsibilities, and pushing myself to the brink. So I rebuilt — from the ground up.
After experiencing burnout first-hand, I dedicated myself to understanding emotions, boundaries, responsibility and what it actually takes to thrive. I qualified as a Quantum Energy practitioner in 2014, then deepened my practice with CBT certification and NLP training to bring evidence-based tools into my work.
Today I combine structured, evidence-informed techniques with intuitive, person-centred practice. I work with individuals who feel stuck, small business owners at breaking point, and families navigating the damage that anger leaves behind.
